Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Shaeo Group online store. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Shaeo Group

The online store is operated by Shaeo Group Pty Ltd (“Shaeo Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We supply tools, workshop equipment, fire and safety equipment, industrial products and related goods and services to consumers, businesses and trade customers throughout Australia.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate. However, some products are supplied or dispatched directly from our suppliers and stock availability may change without notice.

An order placed through our website is subject to product availability and acceptance by Shaeo Group. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to discuss an alternative, backorder or refund.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and products may vary slightly due to manufacturer changes or updates.

3. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian online store are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Promotional pricing, including SP Tools promotional offers, is available only for the stated promotional period and while applicable stock or supplier availability lasts.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected item and provide appropriate options, including a refund where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment is required at checkout unless Shaeo Group has separately approved other trading or credit arrangements in writing.

Any separately approved commercial credit account is subject to Shaeo Group's applicable credit terms and conditions and does not automatically apply to purchases made through the online store.

5. Shipping, Direct Delivery and Collection

Shipping and delivery options depend on the products ordered and the delivery location.

Some SP Tools products may be dispatched directly from our supplier to the customer. Bulky products may require skid or pallet freight, and customers may be asked to select whether a forklift is available or a tail-lift delivery is required.

Dangerous goods and certain fire equipment may have restricted delivery options and may initially be available for collection by arrangement only.

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, freight carriers, regional or remote locations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been processed, dispatched, ordered specifically for you or entered into supplier fulfilment.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Returns and Warranty

Returns, exchanges and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply to certain products. Shaeo Group can assist with eligible warranty claims for products we supply and, where applicable, manufacturer warranty enquiries.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Trade and Business Orders

Business and trade customers are welcome to contact Shaeo Group for commercial quantities, procurement requirements, special orders and account enquiries.

Separate quotations, purchase orders, credit applications or trading terms may apply to transactions arranged outside the online checkout.

9. Product Suitability

Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended application unless Shaeo Group has specifically provided advice regarding that application.

Any product specifications supplied by manufacturers should be reviewed before installation or use.

10. Website Information

We take reasonable care to ensure information on our website is accurate and current. Product specifications, images, availability and manufacturer information may change from time to time.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Australian law.
