I can't find the product I need on your website. Can you still supply it?
Absolutely – please ask us.
Our online store represents only part of what Shaeo Group can supply.
We work with an extensive network of suppliers across tooling, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial products, automotive, safety, fire equipment, workshop consumables and more.
If you have a part number, photo, brand, specification or description, send it through to us and we'll see what we can find.

Do you only sell SP Tools?
No.
We're proud to be an SP Tools stockist, but Shaeo Group supplies products from a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers.
If you have a particular brand or product you're looking for, contact us and we'll check availability and pricing.
Do you keep products in stock locally?
Yes. We maintain local stock across a growing range of our key product lines.
However, not every product shown online is necessarily held in stock at all times. We also use our supplier network to provide customers with access to a much larger product range.
If you need something urgently, contact us before ordering and we'll check current availability.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection is available by arrangement for smaller parts and orders.
Please wait until our team has confirmed that your order is ready before arriving for collection.
Some larger or bulky products may not be suitable for collection. Contact us if you're unsure.
Do you deliver around Perth?
Yes.
We can offer delivery throughout the Perth metropolitan area for a small fee, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Larger or specialised deliveries may require separate arrangements.
Do you deliver to regional Western Australia?
Yes.
We regularly work with customers throughout Perth and regional WA and can arrange freight to regional locations.
Freight charges will depend on the size, weight, destination and type of products being supplied.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. For many of our products, Australia-wide shipping can be arranged.
Some bulky, heavy, dangerous goods or specialised products may require individual freight arrangements.
Contact us if you'd like to confirm freight before placing an order.
Can you help with urgent or breakdown requirements?
Yes – talk to us.
We understand how important availability can be when equipment is down or a job is waiting on a particular component.
If your requirement is urgent, contact us with as much information as possible and we'll do our best to check stock, source the product and work out the quickest practical solution.
Do you offer business or trade accounts?
Yes.
Shaeo Group works with businesses across a range of industries and can discuss account options for approved customers with ongoing requirements.

Can you supply products in bulk or for ongoing requirements?
Yes.
We can assist businesses with ongoing supply, bulk orders and regular procurement requirements.
If your workshop, fleet or business regularly purchases tools, consumables, safety equipment, hydraulic components or other industrial products, talk to us about your requirements.
Do you offer electrical test & tagging?
Yes.
Shaeo Group provides electrical test and tagging services for businesses, workshops and other workplaces.
Our capabilities also include 3-phase electrical equipment, alongside standard electrical appliances, power tools, extension leads and other workplace equipment.

Do you inspect and service fire extinguishers?
Yes.
We provide fire equipment inspection and servicing as well as the direct supply of replacement fire extinguishers and associated fire safety equipment.
We can also assist with fire hose reels, hydrants and the disposal of unwanted or expired extinguishers.
Do you provide hydraulic and pneumatic products?
Yes.
Hydraulics and pneumatics are an important part of Shaeo Group's capabilities.
We can assist with products including:

Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Other times you might only have an old component, a photo or an idea of what you're trying to achieve.
Send us whatever information you have and let our team investigate the options.
Our supplier relationships give us access to considerably more than what you'll find listed in our online store.
What happens if a product I order isn't available?
If there is an unexpected stock issue or significant delay with your order, our team will contact you.
Where possible, we'll provide an expected timeframe or discuss alternative options with you.
Can you help with SP Tools warranty enquiries?
Yes.
As an SP Tools stockist, we're here to support customers with SP Tools product and warranty enquiries.
If you have an issue with an SP Tools product, contact our team with the product details and information about the fault and we'll help guide you through the next steps.
