At Shaeo Group, we supply products from our own stock as well as through our wider supplier network.
Depending on the products ordered and your location, your order may be shipped by parcel, courier, specialised freight or dispatched directly from one of our suppliers.
Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout wherever possible.
Perth Local Delivery
Shaeo Group offers local delivery for eligible orders within approximately 20 km of Bibra Lake, WA.
Local delivery starts from $30 inc GST, with a minimum order value of $100.
Local delivery is available by arrangement and is subject to the size and weight of the order, product availability and where the stock is being dispatched from.
Bulky, skid and pallet deliveries may also be available locally from approximately $90 inc GST, depending on the size, weight, unloading requirements and delivery location.

Collection
Collection is available by arrangement for eligible products and orders.
Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for collection, as not all products displayed online are held locally at all times.
Products dispatched directly from our suppliers may not be available for collection.
Australia-Wide Shipping
Shaeo Group supplies customers throughout Western Australia and across Australia.
Standard products may be shipped using parcel or courier services, with available delivery options and charges displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, product availability and any special freight requirements.
Dangerous goods and restricted products may require specialised freight and may not be eligible for standard parcel delivery.
SP Tools Direct Delivery
Many SP Tools products can be dispatched directly from our supplier to your nominated delivery address.
Direct delivery allows us to offer a much larger range while avoiding unnecessary freight through our Perth location.
Depending on the product, SP Tools orders may be shipped by Parcel, Skid or Pallet Delivery.
Estimated delivery times are generally 5–8 business days, subject to stock availability, destination and carrier conditions.
Skid & Pallet Deliveries
Large products such as toolboxes, roller cabinets, workshop equipment and other bulky products may require specialised skid or pallet freight.
Where applicable, checkout will display two delivery options:
Forklift Available — Select this option where a suitable forklift, loading dock or unloading facility is available at the delivery address.
Tail-Lift Required — Select this option where suitable unloading equipment is not available. Tail-lift delivery includes an additional $150 inc GST surcharge.
If Forklift Available is selected but suitable unloading facilities are not available, an additional tail-lift charge may need to be paid before delivery can proceed.
Multiple Bulky Items
Skid and pallet freight displayed at checkout is based on a standard consignment.
Orders containing multiple bulky products may require additional skids, pallets or separate consignments. In some cases, we may instead be able to consolidate the order into a more cost-effective freight arrangement.
If the actual freight requirement differs materially from the amount calculated at checkout, Shaeo Group will contact you before dispatch to confirm the most practical delivery arrangement.
Regional & Remote Deliveries
We can arrange freight to regional and remote locations throughout Australia.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations, bulky freight, pallets, dangerous goods or destinations outside standard carrier service areas.
Where additional freight is required, we'll contact you before dispatch.
Product Availability
We maintain local stock across a growing range of products, while our online store also provides access to products available through our wider supplier network.
Some products may therefore need to be ordered from, or dispatched directly by, one of our suppliers.
If there is likely to be an extended delay with your order, we'll contact you.
