Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shaeo Group, we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping across Australia for industrial tools, fire safety equipment, workshop consumables and safety products. Because we supply a wide range of products — including oversized freight and dangerous goods — shipping methods vary depending on the products ordered.

Australia-Wide Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide from Western Australia using a range of freight providers.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the products in your cart and may include:

  • Standard Parcel Delivery

  • Express Delivery (where available)

  • Skid Freight

  • Pallet Freight

  • Collection by Arrangement (Perth Metro)

Some products may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers to reduce delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Perth Metro Collection 1–2 business days (when notified)
Standard Parcel Delivery 5–8 business days
Express Parcel Delivery 2–4 business days (where available)
Skid Delivery 5–8 business days
Pallet Delivery 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier availability, freight carrier schedules, regional locations, weather events, public holidays or other unforeseen delays.

SP Tools Direct Delivery

Many SP Tools products are shipped directly from our authorised supplier.

This allows us to provide access to the full SP Tools range while keeping delivery times as short as possible.

SP Tools Backorders

Occasionally an item may become temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed.

If an item is placed on backorder, Shaeo Group will contact you with the estimated availability and offer you the choice to:

  • Hold your order until all items are available and dispatch everything together; or

  • Part-ship the available items, with the remaining item(s) dispatched once stock becomes available.

If additional freight charges may apply to a part shipment, we will discuss and obtain your approval before dispatching the additional shipment.

Fire Equipment & Dangerous Goods

Some fire safety products, including selected fire extinguishers and other dangerous goods, cannot be shipped via standard parcel services.

Depending on the product, checkout may offer:

  • Collection by Arrangement (Perth Metro); or

  • A specialised dangerous goods freight option where available.

If a dangerous goods item cannot be shipped to your location, Shaeo Group will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or collection.

Bulky & Heavy Freight

Large workshop equipment, tool cabinets, compressors, trolleys and other oversized items may require Skid or Pallet Delivery.

Forklift Delivery

If a forklift is available at the delivery address, customers may select the Forklift Available freight option during checkout.

Tail-Lift Delivery

If no forklift is available, customers should select the Tail-Lift Required option. Additional freight charges apply because specialised unloading equipment is required.

Incorrect freight selections may result in additional freight charges before dispatch.

Local Collection (Perth Metro)

Eligible products can be collected from our Perth Metro location by prior arrangement only.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange a suitable collection day and time.

Please do not attend for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Local Delivery

Selected products may be available for local delivery within the Perth metropolitan area.

Where available, local delivery options and pricing will appear during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders containing both stocked and supplier-dispatched items may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Some supplier-direct shipments may provide tracking separately.

Remote & Regional Deliveries

Additional delivery time may apply for regional and remote locations across Western Australia and interstate Australia.

If freight to your location requires a custom quote, Shaeo Group will contact you before processing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight.

  • Delivery destination.

  • Freight type required.

  • Dangerous goods requirements.

  • Forklift or tail-lift requirements for bulky freight.

Shipping charges are displayed before payment during checkout wherever possible.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete, notify Shaeo Group within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing sales@shaeogroup.com.au with photographs of the goods and packaging where possible.
